The 50mm Resin Bond Diamond Drum Grinding Wheel is designed for grinding, shaping, profiling and polishing hard materials including granite, marble, natural stone, engineered stone, ceramics, glass and composite materials.

Diamond abrasive particles are bonded within a resin matrix to provide a combination of durability, cutting performance and controlled wear. The drum design is suitable for working on flat surfaces, edges, corners and curved profiles, as well as removing scratches, chips and surface irregularities.

Recommended Grit Progression

For a smooth, professional finish, use the grits progressively:

#50 → #100 → #200 → #400 → #800 → #1500 → #3000

Allow each grit to remove the scratches and marks from the previous stage before progressing to the next finer grit.

Wet Grinding & Polishing

Wet operation is recommended for polishing applications where compatible equipment and water-feed systems are available. Water can help control heat and airborne dust while improving the polishing process and potentially extending the working life of the diamond drum.
